Orders
This order form can be printed for faxing or submitted via email by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the form.
Please note the following:
- Lysaght Limited take pride in their workmanship.
- We undertake to deliver your order within four weeks from the date of the order being confirmed.
- We only accept orders from within New Zealand.
- The order will be delivered to the postal address supplied on the form below.
- On receipt of your order Lysaght Limited will telephone you to confirm the price, obtain your Credit Card details and clarify any questions you have.
- Full payment by credit card (we accept Visa or Mastercard) is required to confirm your order.
- All Freight charges are additional to the product price quoted.
